Direct to Film (DTF) printing is a modern method used to decorate apparel with high-quality, vibrant designs. The process starts by creating a digital design on a computer, just like with other printing methods. The design is then printed onto a special film using a printer that uses ink. After printing, the design on the film is covered with a powder adhesive, which sticks to the ink. The film is then heated to melt the powder, creating a sticky layer. Next, the film is placed onto the fabric, and heat is applied to transfer the design onto the clothing. The result is a smooth, colorful image that is durable and flexible, perfect for adding designs, logos, or text to shirts, hoodies, and other apparel.

Screen printing is a popular method used to decorate apparel with designs, especially for large orders. The process starts by creating a stencil, or screen, for each color in the design. The screen is made of a fine mesh fabric stretched tightly over a frame, and the areas that shouldn't have ink are blocked off. The design is then placed on the screen, and ink is pushed through the open spaces of the mesh using a tool called a squeegee. Each color is printed one at a time, with a separate screen for each color layer. After the design is printed, the apparel is dried using heat, which makes the ink stick to the fabric. The result is a durable, vibrant design that looks great on t-shirts, hoodies, and other clothing.
