LONG STORY SHORT PROCESS BREAKDOWN
Your design is chosen and we turn it into a digital file full of stitches that the embroidery machine can read. Then, the fabric/apparel is carefully placed into a hoop and attached to the machine. The machine uses a needle and thread to sew the design onto the fabric automatically. It follows the design step by step, changing thread colors as needed to make the picture or logo look just right. Once finished, the garment is taken out, backing is cut off of the inside and any extra threads are trimmed off. The result is a neat, colorful, 3D design added to the clothing, ready to wear!
